a) Firstly, you have to register an account. If the page is not properly loaded, click on “Book Spaces” to load the booking page.
b) Next, select the desired type of space as well as the date from the calendar. The available time slots will be shown. 
c) If you already have a member account, login “Book Spaces“. Then, follow the steps in (b).

You can make an advance online booking for up to 90 calendar days from today’s date . For example, if today is 28 April 2018, you can book any date up to 27 July 2018.  However, if your event date is more than 90 calendar days, you can contact us for offline booking.

a) Pay using Paypal account or Debit or Credit Cards:
For online booking of event space or venue, in the PayPal payment page, you can either “Pay with Paypal” by logging into your PayPal account OR click “Pay with debit or credit card” if you do not have a PayPal account.
b) Cash or Grabpay:
We accept cash as well as GrabPay for payment at the counter.
c) PayNow or Funds Transfer:
For offline booking, you can also scan Project Central PayNow QR code with your PayNow app to make payment. Besides that, if you do not have PayNow, you can make payment via funds transfer using ATMs or Internet Banking. For details, contact us at Tel:98263347.

a) Firstly, your booking is non–refundable once we had processed your payment.
b) For Space 8 and Project Studio booking, you can reschedule if cancellation is made at least 7 calendar days before the session or event date.
c)You can reschedule only once and it is subject to availability. Furthermore, your session or event is to be completed within 90 calendar days upon cancellation.
d)If cancellation is made less than 7 calendar days prior to the date of use of the venue or space, it is considered a “No-Show” and no rescheduling is allowed.

You can extend your booking timing subject to availability. Extension is chargeable at the prevailing rate on hourly basis.

Yes.  If you are engaging your own food caterers, ensure that they are licensed.  You can refer to the list of Singapore Food Agency (SFA) licensed caterers which can be found on SFA’s website. The earliest time to deliver the food is the start of the booking time.  However, if your meal time is more than 1 hour after start of the booking time, do request for the food to be delivered at most 1 hour before meal time and not earlier than that.  In addition, you should be aware of the “Guidelines for Ordering Catered Meals for Functions and Events” by SFA.  For latest updates, please visit www.sfa.gov.sg.

Lastly, do arrange with your caterers to clear and collect the buffet setup at least 15 minutes before the booking session ends.  Additional usage fee will be imposed for use of the venue (including clearing up/tear down) beyond booking time.

Yes, there are 2 lifts (located at Basement 1 carpark) which can go up to 2nd floor. Your food caterer can park at The Midtown carpark in B1. Furthermore, there is a 10 minutes grace period in The Midtown carpark.

Yes, we allow only blu tack or 3M adhesive to avoid damages to the wall surfaces. You have to also remove all the decorations by the end of the booking session.
